HN Sarker is Professor, Department of Medicine, Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital, Barisal, Bangladesh. He obtained his MBBS in 1984, FCPS (Internal Medicine) from College of Physicians and Surgeons of Bangladesh in 2004, MRCP from the Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 2011, FRCP (Edin) in 2013 and MRCP (Neurology) in 2016.
He has been serving as a teacher since 1995 in different medical colleges as registrar, assistant professor, associate professor and professor. He is an examiner of undergraduate and postgraduate examinations. He is author of six medical books and has to his credit more than 40 scientific papers published in national and international journals.
