Arti Gupta is currently Assistant Professor, Department of Community Medicine, Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Medical Sciences and Research Institute, Srinagar, Uttarakhand. She completed her MBBS from Pt JNM Medical College, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and MD (Community Medicine) from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. A DNB postgraduate, she completed her PGDCR and PGDHHM from Symbiosis Centre for Health Care, Pune, Maharashtra. She has also worked as senior resident at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal. She owns the certification in Epidemics by Pennsylvania State University, 2014, Health in Numbers by Harvard University, 2013 and Vaccine Trials by John Hopkins University, 2012. She has to her credit 12 gold medals, 8 certificates of merit and numerous prizes. She has presented her work at both national and international forums. She is member of the Indian Public Health Association, Indian Association of Preventive and Social Medicine, Academy of Family Physician of India, and World Non-Communicable Diseases Federation (WNF). She has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications in various high impact national and international journals.
