    About the Author

    Sandhya Sundaram MD, DNB is currently Professor and Head, Department of Pathology, Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute (SRMC&RI), Chennai. She has more than 19 years of experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and as senior consultant pathologist. She has also authored a chapter titled “Pathology for the surgeon” in the textbook Short Cases in Surgery, 2nd edn (CBSPD, 2012). She has to her credit more than 55 publications in national and international journals with a recent publication in Oncogene (Impact factor 7.96). She is supported by a team of very dedicated faculty members of pathology, experienced editorial team and the guidance of senior administrative heads of SRMC&RI.
