| About the Author | Taraprasad Chattopadhyay Msc,PhD,SMIEEE (USA), FIETE is currently Dean, Faculty of Science, Visva-Bharati (a Central University), West Bengal. He has more than 3/7 years of experience in teaching. He obtained PhD from University of Burdwan. He has to his credit about 140 research papers published in national and international journals and presented at various conferences. He was awarded Japanese government scholarship for research at Kyoto University and was an invited researcher of Japan Research Develooment Corporation. He has awarded research fellowship by Association of International Education, Japan. He was a visiting professor in Research Institute of Electrical Communication, Tohoku University, Japan, and a MHRD-seconded professor in Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand.
