About the Author	Gautam Das MD,FIPP,FIAPM is the founder of Daradia: The Pain Clinic,Kolkata.He is past president of the Indian Society for Study of Pain and ex-Chairman of the India-Pakistan-Iran section of the World Institute of Pain. He has authored several books and book chapters on pain management and approx 100 publications in national and international journals. Chinmoy Roy MD,FIPP is a well-known faculty in national and international pain conferences, workshops and pain medicine training programs. He has published multiple papers in international indexed journals, and written books and book chapters on pain management.He is a practicing pain physician in Daradia Pain Hospital, Kolkata, and the faculty of all Daradia organized pain management courses. Debjyoti Dutta MD,FPM,FIPP,FIAPM is a practicing pain physician at Daradia: The Pain Clinic and Fortis Hospital, Kolkata.
