| About the Author | Shanmugham D. Jayan had his graduation in physics after which he completed his LLB and LLM from Cochin University. Currently he is an advocate at Kerala High Court and a guest faculty at National University of Science and Technology, Kochi, Kerala. His study on the subject of information technology is almost one decade old when he did his dissertation in the subject. He has been handling Information Technology Law since the start of National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS). His doctoral research in Cochin University is also in the same subject field. |
