| About the Author | Abhishek Nirjar, a doctorate from Sheffield University, Sheffield, UK, is currently working as an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management at the Noida campus of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He is also a visiting faculty to the IIM Shillong campus. He has also been associated with various other premier management institutes in India such as the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon and the FORE School of Management, Delhi. He has also served as the Assistant Director of the Centre for Management Studies and Industrial Collaboration at MNIT, Jaipur. He is dynamically engaged in activities within and outside the institute relating to Entrepreneurship. He supports and mentors a large number of startups primarily emerging from the student community at IIML. His active role in the Management Development Program at the IIML is worth mentioning.
