| About the Author | Anees Ahmad Siddiqui MPharm, PhD is currently Professor and Head, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, School of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (SPER), Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi. He has more than 39 years experience in teaching and research at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at Jamia Hamdard. He has attended several national and international conferences in India and abroad. He has to his credit several publications in high impact journal and life-membership of several pharmaceutical associations. He has guided a number of MPharm and PhD students and is author of several books in the field of pharmaceutical sciences like Introduction to Organic Mass Spectrometry, Pharmaceutical Analysis (Volumes I & II), A Textbook of Hospital and Clinical Pharmacy, Precise Chemistry of Natural Products and Heterocyclic Compounds, Natural Products Chemistry Practical Manual, GPAT-2012, Organic Medicinal Chemistry Practical Manual, and Computer–Aided Drug Design. Seemi Siddiqui MPharm, PhD worked as Vice Principal, International Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Sonepat, Haryana, affiliated to Pt BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. She received her MPharm degree from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, and PhD degree from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. She has several research papers to her credit and participated in a number of national conferences. She has written five books in the field of pharmacy and is a hard working educationist. |
