    Schwartz he coedited Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms: Tablets, Volumes 1, 2, and 3, Second Edition (all titles, Marcel
    Dekker, Inc.) Dr. Lieberrnan received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in chemistry and pharmacy from
    Columbia University, New York. New York. and the Ph.D. degree in pharmaceutical chemistry from Purdue University.
    West Lafayette, Indiana. He received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from Columbia University (1973).
