| About the Author | Thomas Vadakkan has completed his postgraduate training In Pulmonary Medicine at JIPMER In 2002. Currently, he holds the position of Professor in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine at the Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, Thrissur. Additionally, he serves as a teaching faculty at the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) for DM Pulmonary Medicine and PhD programs. He possesses a wealth of clinical research and teaching experience, spanning over 22 years, with specific focus on interventional pulmonology and critical care medicine. He has undertaken significant roles as the organizing Chairman of PULMOCON in 2021 and APTCON in 2020 and 2021. Furthermore, he holds the position of Organizing Treasurer for NATCON 2023, scheduled to take place in Thrissur, Kerala, in February 2024. Dr. Vadakkan' s scholarly contributions include 20 articles published in indexed journals Nishanth PS completed his postgraduate training in Pulmonary Medicine at Government Medical College, Amritsar. Subsequenily, he served as a Senior Resident at SGPGI, Lucknow, for a duration of 3 years. He was awarded the Fellowship of Sleep Medicine (FSM) by the Indian Sleep Disorders Association (ISDA). Currently, Dr. Nishanth Is pursulng his DM Residency In Pulmonary Medicine at the Amalia Institute of Medical Sclences, Thrissur.
